Chicago chefs scope out partnerships with P.E.I. producers

Chefs from the Signature Room At The 95th restaurant in Chicago are on the Island this week, touring P.E.I. facilities to scope out potential suppliers of seafood and other products for their high-end restaurant.
They are visiting processing plants and hearing from local producers in order to create partnerships with Island companies and look for raw materials for their business.
