Primavera means “spring” and this recipe comes as close as any to the original created by a famous Restaurateur who was travelling to Canada with a bunch of Chefs in 1975…Ask for the whole story ….just know it’s packed full of fresh vegetables in a cream broth ..it’ll make you forget you’re eating just vegetables.

Our bacon, ham, sausage, pork and lamb are purchased from the Taylors of Island Taylor Meats in Victoria Cross.  Our Chicken and Beef from Scott Drake of Vernon River and also from Shaw Meats of Lorne Valley.   Our lobster is from Perry Gotell and Seafood 2000 of Georgetown, Oysters from Johnny Flynn of Colville Bay Oysters and Mussels from Aqua Farms in Orwell.  All our other fish and seafood comes from Mickey Rose of MR Seafoods.  As much as possible, our produce is from Kenny and Melanie of Peaceful Acres, in Georgetown Royalty.
